Subject 1942X - The Jungle Ripper was part of the Skyview Biological weapons program of a World War II military organization that worked to create new biological weapons by blending the unique traits of different living things. The program is called "Apex Predator", in which a variety of different creatures are designed for different combat scenarios, experiment 1942X is a biological weapon designed for jungle combat, good at hiding in the jungle, using a huge sickle to cut the chest of prey, and then using a huge mouth through the chest to tear prey.
